Akanksha Reddy, the calm yet strong co-founder and partner of Reddy & Reddy Law Firm. With a passion for law and a dedication to providing the right legal solutions, Akanksha is a valuable asset to the team. Joining the firm in its early stages, she has played a pivotal role in building the corporate law practice and supporting numerous companies. Alongside her expertise in Corporate Law, Akanksha also oversees the administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of the firm.

In her role as the lead counsel for the corporate practice, she guides the team in providing expert support to their expanding roster of corporate clients across different sectors. This includes offering advice on employee, vendor, and customer contracts and drafting various legal documents. Additionally, she assists with commercial negotiations, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. She also aids clients in establishing internal committees and ensuring compliance with fair workplace practices to create a safe working environment.

Her previous experiences include internships at renowned law firms in Pune, Delhi, and Hyderabad, which allowed her to gain a deep understanding of litigation and corporate law. Prior to becoming a partner at Reddy & Reddy, she served as a Legal Advisor for multiple companies, further honing her skills and expertise in the field.
