I bought this legendary racing sneaker when I was preparing for a marathon. Due to various circumstances, I did not have the opportunity to run that marathon. Therefore, the sneakers are unused. I tried it on indoors to check the size, but I have not actually worn it. Therefore, it has only been tried on, so it is in "nearly new" condition. The rubber sole is very soft and has excellent grip. As shown in the photo, it is completely unused. Original box is also included. There is an orange stain on the inside of the heel. They were there from the beginning. It's been out of production for a long time and I don't think Asics currently makes a similar product. If you are interested, please take this opportunity to try it out. I don't think it will be available in this condition anytime soon. As usual, this is a private sale, so please use NCNR.If you are nervous, please refrain from bidding. This item is also listed elsewhere, so please forgive us if it suddenly becomes out of stock.

I never got the chance to run that marathon.

So the sneakers are unused - I did 'try them on' inside to check for sizing, but I have not done any running in them.

For this reason, I have listed them as 'almost unused'.

There is some orange dye stains on the inside of the heel. They have been there since the beginning.
